According to the requirements of the order of the State Food and Drug Administration No. 19 document naming rules for general names of medical devices, medical devices should use a general name, which must be composed of one core word and generally no more than three characteristic words, and can not use exclusive words such as "best, unique, accurate and quick", Or an assertion or guarantee indicating the efficacy of the product. The general name of the medical device shall not be the same as the company or the registered trademark name ("general practice" of "general practice therapeutic instrument" is the same as the company name and the company trademark), and the general name of the medical device must belong to the technical name recognized in the new national Regulations (micron band also known as infrared). Therefore, the "general therapy instrument" does not comply with the new regulations of the State Food and Drug Administration and needs to be renamed. After discussion with the leaders of our company and with Heilongjiang food and Drug Administration for many times, we decided to change the product name of our company. The changes are as follows:
1. The original product name "QK general therapy instrument" is changed to "far infrared light multifunctional therapy instrument";
2. The original product name "QK general cervical vertebra therapeutic instrument" is changed to "far infrared cervical vertebra therapeutic instrument";
3. The original product name "QK general lumbar therapeutic instrument" is changed to "far infrared lumbar therapeutic instrument".
The above newly changed product name has been approved by Heilongjiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration for use, and the newly changed therapeutic instrument name was enabled on January 1, 2018.
